| Inspection |
| 1. |
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
|
| 2. |
Disconnect the overhead console lamp lense (A).
|
| 3. |
Remove the over head console lamp and disconnect the switch (A) and
map lamp connectors.
|
| 4. |
Check for continuity between the terminals.
|
Circuit Diagram
Inspection 1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. 2. Remove the roof trim assembly. (Refer to Body - "Roof Trim Assembly") 3.

Description The cruise control system is engaged by the cruise "ON/OFF" main switch located on right of steering wheel column. The system has the capability to cruise, coast, accelerate and resume speed. It also has a safety interrupt, engaged upon depressing brake or shifting select lever.
