Replacement • When installing the belt, make sure not to damage the pretensioner.
Replacement 1. Remove the rear seat back cover [LH]. (Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Back Cover") 2.

Removal 1. Disconnect the negative(-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the crash pad lower panel. (Refer to Body - "Crash Pad Lower Panel") 3. Remove the steering column upper and lower shrouds.

Inspection 1. Connect the battery voltage and check the blower motor rotation. 2. If the blower motor does not operate well, substitute with a known-good blower motor and check for proper operation.
