| Fuse Inspection |

Be sure there is no play in the fuse holders, and that the fuses are
held securely.

Are the fuse capacities for each circuit correct?

Are there any blown fuses?
If a fuse is to be replaced, be sure to use a new fuse of the same capacity.
Always determine why the fuse blew first and completely eliminate the
problem before installing a new fuse.

In the body electrical system, failure can be quickly diagnosed by using
the vehicle diagnostic system (Diagnostic tool).
The diagnostic system(Diagnostic tool) provides the following information.

If diagnose the vehicle by GDS, select "DTC Analysis" and "Vehicle".
|
| 3. |
If check current status, select the "Data Analysis" and "Car model".
|
| 4. |
Select the 'ICU' to search the current state of the input/output data.

| Removal |

Disconnect the negative(-) battery terminal.
|
| 2. |
Remove the crash pad lower panel.
(Refer to Body - "Crash Pad Lower Panel")

| 3. |
Disconnect the junction box connector.
|
| 4. |
Remove the junction box (A) after loosening mounting nuts.
|
| 5. |
Remove the junction box after disconnecting the connector.
|
| Installation |
| 1. |
Install the Interior junction block.
|
| 2. |
Install the crash pad lower panel.
|
| 3. |
Check that all system operates normally.

PDM (Power Distribution Module). Description and operationThe vehicle’s front and rear seats have adjustable head restraints. The head restraints provide comfort for passengers, but more importantly they are designed to help protect passengers from whiplash and other neck and spinal injuries during an accident, especially in a rear impact collision.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of serious injury or death in an accident, take the following precautions when adjusting your head restraints:
Always properly adjust the head restraints for all passengers BEFORE starting the vehicle. NEVER let anyone ride in a seat with the head restraints removed or reversed.
