Replacement
1.
Remove the front door trim.
(Refer to Front Door - "Front Door Trim")
2.
Remove the front door inside weatherstrip (A).

Remove the front door outside weatherstrip (A).

Remove the plug hole (A).

5.
By operating the power window switch, pull down until the glass mounting bolt on plug hole is visible.

Be careful not to damage the glass surface.

6.
Loosen the mounting bolt and then pull out the front door window glass (A) by tilting it sideways.
Tightening torque :
7.8 - 11.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 - 8.7 lb-ft)

7.
To install, reverse removal procedure.

Roll the glass up and down to see if it moves freely.
Adjust glass position as needed.
Make sure the door lock and opens properly.
Check the glass run channel for damage and replace the damaged channel.
