Measure the resistance between the terminals.

The measured resistance is not within specification, the blower resistor
must be replaced. (After removing the resistor)

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

Separate the resistor connector (A), loosen the mounting screws and
remove the blower resistor (B).

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
